The Substance Misuse and Addiction Resource for Tennessee (SMART) Policy Network was created in 2020 to support the University of Tennessee’s efforts around substance misuse.

The SMART Policy Network will provide user-friendly and accessible data visualizations on substance misuse prevention, recovery and treatment metrics for Tennessee communities, as well as other related indicators and resources.

If you have areas you would like SMART to explore, including research findings, scientific information or data, please complete this brief survey.  Please note SMART will not provide opinions or support for legislation.
